EBS Marine Fuel Systems

HSD B35 fuels have extremely high levels of microbial growth & sludge
Without proper treatment = high engine filter use, poor engine combustion, low power, high exhaust emissions, fuel system failures, early engine failures (‘blow-by’ with soot/fuel)
EBS modular fuel conditioning systems include water separation, 2 stage membrane filtration & magnetic electro radiation device to kill microbial growth
The membrane filters can handle fuel flows 50 – 250 times engine consumption & given this, can run with low cost 1µm filters that will not slow down fuel flow
They have alert panels that can be remotely mounted to tell crews when to change filters & each of the two housings can be bypassed, so filters can be changed while engines still run
